Services are provided in accordance with the scope and specifications agreed upon with each client. Payment for services is due at the time of delivery or as otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Payment Policy
All payments are due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods facilitated by Stripe for a secure and streamlined transaction process.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our customized services, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. We encourage our clients to review and approve all project details before finalizing the agreement to ensure complete satisfaction with the deliverables.
In the event of any issues with the services provided, please contact us within 30 days so that we may address and rectify any concerns in alignment with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Modifications and Cancellations
Any modifications or cancellations to service agreements should be communicated at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service date. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes or cancellations, depending on the nature and scope of the services affected.
